Shopping for a car during a pandemic is annoying but Derek responded quickly to emails and made it easy. He wasn't pushy but was friendly and easy to deal with. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to go over the car carefully, showing me how to use all the "bells and whistles". I'm on my second Tucson from Lauria Hyundai and plan to...
I'm on my second Tucson from Lauria Hyundai and plan to keep the cycle going after each lease. Near the end of my first lease, I saw an ad in the paper from Clarington Hyundai stating that they are "making your payments for the first 6 months". Well after clarifying via the online chat, Clarington rephrased that they are merely deferring my payments for 6 months (and tacking them on at the end). It was just another hype event with balloons. During such time, Lauria Hyundai was also offering the same 6 month deferral program only without the misleading advertising and balloons Just honest and straightforward.

I bought my jeep through Paul. Being a young female every other dealership I went into they tried to talk me into things I didn’t need .. but Paul was great! I showed up, the car was warmed up and ready for a test drive. He was honest when I got back, gave me the price not hiding anything. The next day I came back and bought the jeep! Bought my daughter her first car with Paul Smith at Lauria Hyundai. He was honest and easy to deal with and I had fun with his dry humor. Had an issue with an accessory missing on delivery but he got that taken care of right away and even dropped it at my house. Now have a car from each Lauria dealership and I love them both.
