This is my third purchase with Derek Ether, solely came back for his service. We bought a 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid. Derek was able to communicate effectively how hybrids, EVs, and Plug-ins compare. I did not have to research much as usual and he made the buying process simple with transparency.

Went there for diagnose Check engine light on my 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Even though I was late for my appointment, they took my car in and an hour later I was informed that my knock sensor was not plugged in. I had a recall in the last week of November 2021 at Ontario Hyundai, after which the check engine light was on. The rude staffs at Ontario Hyundai tried to rip me saying I need to pay diagnostic fee plus oil and filter change fee also. Thanks to service team at Lauria Hyundai for fixing my car. Its tough to find honest ...
Went here with a check engine light. Which occurred after an engine recall service performed at Ontario Hyundai, Whitby in November 2021. Ontario Hyundai said they need to flush out the oil and replace the filter then check if the error still exits and then will perform repair under warranty. Lauria Hyundai took the vehicle and performed diagnostics to find that knock sensor was not plugged in at all, hence the check engine light. I promised myself not to drive to a Hyundai dealership after my experience with Ontario Hyundai. But with my experience with Lauria Hyundai is making me reconsider ...

When ever I bring my car in the service people are great they take the time to explain any given problem. The will give you a pick up time that right on that time and you are not left waiting. It is great place where everyone is very friendly and helpful.
I always feel comfortable coming here. Seeing what is new and a visit with Gabe is a highlight. Also, I have time to read whilst I wait. I wouldn't mind having the TV volume turned off when no one is watching.
I find the assistance provided by the dealership to be of great help in settling any concerns I have with the vehicle. The service department is as fast as it can be given the circumstances with the pandemic and does a better job than many other auto service departments in keeping me informed when worked is being done on the car.

Lauria Hyundai appears to be a good business. My reason for choosing them for my new car was that they agreed to replace the engine in my old Sonata.( Warranty) faster than any other dealership I tried. The salesman that sold mey new Kona (Dion) was very helpful and accommodating. Warranty service has been taken care of promptly. My only suggestion.is that the car should be washed whenever it is serviced. This is an extra that I have enjoyed from past dealers.
I traded my Kona in for a Tuscon and i just love my new vehicle. Gabe knew that I preferred the Tuscon and called to say that he had one available .
